We developed a comprehensive employer branding video campaign for Amazon, showcasing the authentic experience of working at the company. This initiative was the result of strong collaboration between our in-house studio team and external agency partners.
The campaign created a powerful, human-centred Amazon employer brand story across multiple regions. Through compelling visuals and editing, we captured the genuine essence of working for Amazon in a wide range of roles to attract the very best talent.
The strategy was carefully designed and optimised using market research insights. The "Working on it" theme transparently addresses areas for improvement, demonstrating Amazon's commitment to positive change. It serves as the foundation for Amazon's employer brand and recruitment messaging across EMEA and MENA regions.
I oversaw the art direction of 100+ talent acquisition marketing videos covering various aspects of Amazon employment, showing vibrant footage of real Amazon employees across multiple location shoots. The videos highlight Amazon's work culture, workplace, roles, DE&I initiatives and real life experiences of those working at Amazon.
Over just 6 days, we produced more than 20 high-quality videos, managing all aspects of planning, editing, and quality assurance.
